// intro
Hello! I'm Vinny, a game developer, musician, artist, and general internet gremlin. I make weird little games, tools, and experiments, mostly in Roblox, sometimes elsewhere.
This website site is my little corner of the web. I just put whatever here. If that's your jam, stick around!
// what i do
My current main project is Depth Spelunking, a survival horror roguelite game with a focus on atmosphere and experimentation. Alongside that I work on smaller experiments, like procgen systems, VFX tools, short game jams, and the occasional cursed side project. I'm a game design specialist, I find inspiration from the weirdest and most random things, even from nothing sometimes. I also have a knack for making UI and level design!
I compose my own music fairly often. Though, I'm not confident in my skills to share it anywhere. I've been composing for years now. I used to work with FL Studio and eventually moved to Ableton Live. I work on whatever my mind feels like working on. Sometimes I make breakcore, sometimes I make some jazz beats, and on the off chance, I like making songs with lyrics I write myself. I'm not a great vocalist though...
I don't draw or paint as much as I used to, but I've been doing it for as long as I can remember. I've got years of experience under my belt. Whenever I do draw something, every blue moon, I tend to post it places. Recently I did pick up 3D modeling! I use Blender for my work, though I also have experience in 3DS Max as part of my University course. I'm confident in my skills so far and I'm eager to keep improving.
// interests
Big fan of liminal spaces, surreal and psychological horror, old web aesthetics, dream logic, and anything that feels handmade. And roguelikes. Did I mention those? Yume Nikki and its fangames basically live rent-free in my head. I also really love Risk of Rain 2, Mewgenics, The Binding of Isaac, Balatro, Cloverpit, and more. Other less talked about picks include Schedule I, Nubby's Number Factory, Project Zomboid, and YOMIHustle
Outside of making things: music, cats, 2am work sessions, Mirinda, and Chocolate Snacks
// find me
Best place to keep up with stuff is on my Discord Server and YouTube Channel, where I post updates on work and teasers for my projects. But this site gets updated when I have something worth sharing that wouldn't quite fit on either of those! You can also find me on Roblox, Discord, Twitter (I'm not calling it X), and anywhere else wherever I remember to post, really.
